Paige 3 1/2 years Old

My little Paige is such and amazing little girl. She is so smart, kind, and yet bossy, and persistent.
The treturious threes took some time for me to adjust. I am handling the age three a lot better now. It seemed like over night she went from a little baby that went with what I wanted, to knowing what, when, and how she wanted to do things and wants things her way. Which reminds me a lot of myself. Who does not want things their way? I have learned to not be so controling with things that to do not matter. For instance, if she wants to drink out of a diffrent cup than the one I got for her, I will get her the cup she wants. I read that at this age children need to feel like they have some control of their lives.

Paige only had one melt down and Monica captured the moment. She went from mad to happy in two seconds when I reminded her that if she was good I would give her chocolate. Usually, I try not to reward her with food, but I wanted to get good pictures. The pictures turned out amazing.

Christmas

We had Christmas alone this year. This was the first year in a long time we have not had Em's family staying with us. I missed them. 

We spent Christmas day eating and playing games with the Lindsay and Jacobson families.
Paige's big present this year was a battery operated Jeep. 

Halloween

Our little Strawberry Shortcake. She looked so cute.
Paige is allergic to corn which is in everything. We took her to trunk or treat and then traded her candy for candy without high fructose corn syrup. I wish she did not have to deal with having food allergies, but at the same time she eats so healthy because of her allergies. She loves vegetables, fruit and meat.

Priscila, Codey, Nathen and I opened a clothing boutiqe in Mesquite on November 3, 2011.
The whole experience has been so rewarding.
We based the name off of the saying Dressed to the Nines. I have been surprised by how many peole have never heard of being Dressed to the Nines.
I never realized when I purchased clothing all that went into getting the clothing ready to be sold. First you purchase the clothing, then unpack the shipment, enter into system, tag, put on hanger, steam, and then decide where to display the clothing.
I love getting new shipments. I am always excited to see all of the new items.

Rainy Day
